This was my ‘take away’ from the July monthly seminar that Kylie conducts with her clients.
The thing I love the most about her quote? She uses language I understand! ‘What you do’ is Strategic Vision and ‘who you do it for’ is Customer Service in Organizations Alive! terminology. Branding takes place at the Fifth Interface, where the message of the organization is communicated to those you want to serve.
