P.S. Members of a Body

by Jan Yuill

My daughter sprained her pinky finger playing soccer the other day. She guarded it carefully for quite a while because every bump or nudge, gave her considerable pain. I knew she was on the mend when she tried snapping her fingers, and said, “Look. I can hardly snap my fingers on this hand. I never knew my pinky finger did so much. It hardly does anything really, but the little bit it does, matters a lot.”

Each part of the body plays an important role.
